The 2020 AGM drew almost the whole membership. There was much to discuss and events for the coming year needed to be approved.
It was a cold day and a few hardy members ran trains before and after the meeting. It was a chance to chat with members that we don't see very often.
Two new committee members were appointed and a decision to increase the annual subscription was approved. The outline of plans to replace the top track were explained though no firm proposal was available.

The Chairman kicked off the meeting with Lucy furiously taking notes.
The Secretary explained our current situation.
The treasurer told us that even though we'd spent loads on our relay program, we were doing OK.

Then after much tea and chat, the afternoon wound down and everyone went home.
